A Google Meet link arrives with the confirmation. We start and finish on time. If it needs longer, we book a second call rather than run over.
We look before we talk
Before the call a founder spends ten minutes on your site, your rankings and what the AI engines say about you, so the conversation starts with specifics.
What to have ready
Your website, roughly what you spend on marketing now, what a good customer is worth to you, and the one thing you would change if you could. That is enough.
